How we work
DISCOVERY & CONTENT STRATEGY
We’ll take everything we talked about during your discovery call and turn it into a tasteful, engaging video script. Or your team can provide a script if that’s how you roll.
Once you’re happy with the copy written, we craft a storyboard that is the heart and soul of your video! It gives you a sketch idea of the final product. This is where you let us know if we’re on the right track or if we need to change anything.
Music & voice selection
Setting the scene with some good tunes and/or an authentic voice-over is essential! We’ll work with your team to choose music, sounds, and/or voice-overs that suit your brand’s message, style, and approach.
Style & illustration
Our creative team will start thinking of the angles, colors, textures, characters, and concepts we can use to craft an animated explainer video that will leave your audience wanting more.
This is the main course of our video production services. Our highly-skilled animators will start bringing your brand’s message and offer to life in a colorful and engaging way.
While we do specialize in animated explainer videos, our video production agency also film live action shots on the rare occasion. We’ll set up the lights, point the cameras, and take action!
Once everything has been said and done, we’ll deliver the final package. Let us know if there’s anything that we can change, tweak, or adjust to suit your specific needs. Once we’re done, you’re free to use it, share it, and re-watch it as many times as you want to.

Let’s talk costs. We’re pretty transparent about how our video production agency charges for our services and sets our rates. That said, there’s no hard-and-fast rule on how little or how much a video costs. Here are the biggest factors that influence the cost of your video. How long it is. Production value, number of revision, and how soon you need the video.
The higher the production value the better a video looks. This makes longer production times and more attention to detail. Production value is the difference between recognizing a video as just an ad, or as a captivating story.
It takes us about 6 to 8 weeks to make one video. It also depends on how quickly your team is able to respond to us during the process. However, we’re willing to tweak the recipe a bit to cater to your timeline.
In terms of how long your video should be, countless studies have found that 1 to 2 minutes is the sweet spot that will keep your audience engaged without being too vague and risking confusing them more than converting them.
Sometimes a project is finished with no revisions needed. Sometimes the revisions needed are simple and not time consuming. Other times there are more details and it adds time to the production and hours to the workers. We’ll be in open communication and let you decide how many changes you need.
